Our Services

We are about solutions and providing customized programs from project origination to disposition. We look at each investment as an opportunity and create a comprehensive plan in order to succeed.

Ownership

We own and operate a portfolio of assets in the continental United States. We acquire assets on a value basis and drive investment performance through targeted improvements.

Operation & Management

We partner with hands-on operators to manage our portfolio to increase revenues, decrease costs and execute our capital plans.

Financing

We work with well-respected, capitalized lenders in order to secure the best financing for each property.

Leasing

We determine realistic market rents at each property and monitor leasing and collections daily to make sure we are operating the most efficiently. We have dedicated teams on the ground to meet with potential tenants and showcase the uniqueness at each property.
