Rawleigh Warner Pyne

Rawleigh has been involved in real estate for 16 years. He has worked as an owner and manager and has experience with the day to day operations development, refinancing and renovations of commercial real estate and multifamily assets throughout the United States.

In his career, through various partnerships, Rawleigh has acquired and repositioned 40+ properties and has increased an overall portfolio value over $125MM and equity value by $60MM+. He is currently providing asset management services for approximately 3,000 apartments with a $300M+ portfolio value. Rawleigh has been involved in sales transactions of $55 MM.

Rawleigh and his sister Amy joined forces in 2019 and created Abiete to invest in an often overlooked sector of the market: under managed multifamily and commercial complexes in secondary US markets.

Rawleigh has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Vanderbilt University and an MBA and a Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.

He currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and two sons.
